Parents

Our classroom program teaches a medically accurate, science-based, age appropriate and trauma informed curriculum that supports the success of your students. Here at Aspire, we are aware of the conflicting messages our youth receive from the media, friends, family and outside influences. We are passionate about providing relevant and useful information that helps our youth thrive!

Our Center for Relationships Education  content includes:

  • Learning About Yourself & Others
  • Navigating Differences
  • Effective Communication
  • Friendship, Dating, & Love
  • Cultural Influences
  • Planning For Your Future
  • Committed, Love, & Marriage
  • Leadership & Job Readiness
  • Sexual Health

Aspire also covers components on Teen Dating Violence, Emotional/Mental Health, and Know the Law.

We teach our students a holistic, relevant and informed view of relationships and intimacy – all designed to expand understanding, inspire confidence and communicate universally transferable principles that are designed to help students avoid risk.

We are so excited for your student to go through our classroom program! Ensure your student enrolls in the Hope class at their school to receive Aspire classroom programming. We encourage you as parents, guardians and significant adults to provide space for your student to reflect and process with you what they are learning in our program. You might even learn a thing or two from your student!

Please contact Jennifer Welter at jwelter@aspirerelationshipcenter.org to schedule a parent/significant adult presentation.
